1. Acceptance of Terms

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph345 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Suspension & Termination

ph345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Abusive behaviour toward ph345 staff or other players;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.
